Telescopic aerial platform (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) is designed in three versions of working height: 14m, 16m and 18m, to be installed on the frame chassis of permissible gross weight up to 3,5 tons.
The telescope consists of three segments of boom with the drive actuator (hidden inside in order to protect its components). Sliding parts of the telescope are carried on the blocks not requiring lubrication (made of PTFE). The construction of mounting of sliding blocks allows tightening several times during operation, before replacement is required. Exchange of all the blocks can be performed without removing elements of the telescope.
Clamshell loading bucket is designed to move loose materials such as coal, sand, cereal etc. Three dimensional virtual model allowed to particularly analyze the shape of construction and its operating in work.
Investigations of virtual prototype allowed to design proper oil actuators and solve operational parameters (forces, speed, oil volume flow).
Complete technical drawings documentation was made for manufacturing technology improving. DXF files were prepared for cutting steel sheets by water stream or laser beam. Due to effective use of computer techniques an assembly drawing was made which makes it easier, and improves communication with customer regarding spare parts.
For one of our customers we developed the car lift project with adjustment its construction into CE directives requirements. It is hydraulic two-column lift for use inservice.
Each column has a trolley to which are attached two arms with adjustable length and angle. In column there is vertical hydraulic actuator which carries the trolley through the chain. Synchronization of lifting of trolleys is realized with a special system of steel ropes. After lifting the car to the designated high the trolleys are blocked with a special retaining pawl.
